Healthy Living Group Programs
The Renuil Healthy Living Program is our flagship fully integrated lifestyle modification program including essential elements that are the pillars to an effective lifestyle modification program:
Each session is facilitated by faculty ensuring a safe, non-threatening, non-judgmental and accepting environment. Our program of 10 participants meets weekly for 12 weeks. Renuil recognizes that long-term adaptation to a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight or through “magic pill programs”. True lifestyle change is a committed program that builds into a lifestyle pattern.
Each weekly two-hour program consists of a one-hour interactive education program followed by half hour group session ending with a half hour stress reduction exercise.
Renuil knows the power of committed change is most successful when shared between couples and will provide discounts to couples, significant others, life supporting friends and/or family members. Renuil is committed to improving the lives of individuals, families and our community.
Weightloss Programs – Boot Camp
The Renuil Boot Camp Program is specifically designed to loose weight responsibly and keep it off.
Our exercise physiologists will design personal training programs and our nutritionist will design personal meal planning specific for you to maximize your weightloss goals. We don’t believe in starving people as part of a healthy weightloss program. Rather, our unique program allows participants to eat healthy portions. We design the menu planning incorporating innovative nutritional science. We incorporate both one-on-one training and remote coaching depending on your schedule.
The Renuil Boot Camp Program is an intensive month long program.
Weight Loss Program – Emotional Eating
Our Emotional Eating Program empowers individuals with specific focus on overcoming challenges with emotional eating, body image, binging and depression. You will learn to stop sabotaging and start winning the internal struggle and gain confidence and quality of life you deserve.
Our behavioral modification specialists provide both phone and one-on-one weekly coaching.
Weight Loss Program – Cupboard Cleaning/Assessment
Our wellness coach will come to your home and evaluate the contents of your refrigerator and pantry. The wellness coach will point out items that are in conflict to your goals and provide a shopping list of items that are in keeping with your fitness and weightloss plans. The process is a non-judgmental experience. It simply allows our staff to bring the Renuil program message home – quite literally.
Anti Aging – Long Life/Well Lived Program
As we get older, our energy begins to decrease and our vulnerability to illness increases. Our skin loses its elasticity, our heads lose hair, and our bodies gain fat, while we become more prone to arthritis, diabetes, memory loss, and cardiac problems. Aging is inevitable, but healthy food choices and exercise habits can help us extend our lives, and make us feel and look much younger.
Fitness is of utmost importance as we age. This doesn’t necessarily mean working out at the gym every day, but taking walks, cycling, dancing, and gardening are fun activities that help us stay healthy and mobile. A persistent sedentary lifestyle can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, depression, high blood pressure, kidney stones, diabetes, and colon cancer. Maintaining muscular strength will improve posture, increase balance, and prevent the development of osteo- or rheumatoid arthritis and many other diseases linked to a lack of physical exercise.
Our nutritionists and exercise physiologists will design personalized menu and exercise planning that will keep you fit, healthy and vivacious to help you live a long life well lived.
